Unfortunately we are unable to allow pick ups at our address for now.
Please note we don't deliver to PO boxes, please provide a street address.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Best Now is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call.
We ship to most countries. Shipping costs for online orders are calculated when you order, based on where we are shipping to. Our products will be carefully packed for safe delivery.
We aim to delivery orders within one to three days, but if we are unable to do this, we'll let you know.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & refunds
If our products don't live up to your expectations, and you are not happy with our explanation, or we can't resolve your issue, we will refund, credit or replace it for you.
To expedite a solution to the issue, please Jamesdavidfifa@gmail.com to advise us immediately if:
an item/order is damaged in transit from us to you,
you have received an item which is not what you ordered
You have received a product not in line with your expectations.*
Replacement: if a replacement is required, it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge to you.
Credit: if a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction.
Refund: if a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method.
Purchases made through third party sites are required to contact the respective company to enquire about their order details including tracking and third party return policies.
